Getting a new puppy is a really exciting time, but it can also be quite overwhelming, especially if this is your first pup. That’s why we offer support right from the beginning, before you even get your puppy!

Our puppy school customers get access to our online puppy school which has video tutorials, tip sheets and links on super important information such as how to set your home and garden up so it’s safe.

You are also invited to join our very special puppy support group where you can ask questions and be guaranteed to get the answers you need at a time you need them. We are dedicated to helping and supporting you and your family every step of the way.

Our classes are off Pye Corner, Harlow CM20 2RD

Your welcome pack will have full directions on how to find us.

How many puppies are in a class?

Our classes are small which means that you get individual coaching and your puppy is better able to concentrate and focus. We have a maximum of 5 puppies per class because of COVID-19.

Are your classes outside?

Yes. The classes are outside in a natural environment which helps them learn to listen to you when you are out and about on your every day walks.

What if the weather is bad?

In extreme weather that is dangerous such as snow or extreme heat we will deliver the class online on the same day and time as your face to face class

What age can my puppy join?

Puppies typically join a week after their second injection but need to be under six months on the day they start class so that we can ensure the coaching, advice and exercises are relevant.

Can my family attend the classes with me?

Normally yes! However, until government guidelines allow more then one person to attend group training we unfortunately must say no.

When are your classes?

Our classes are on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and are based in Gilston, Harlow which is easily accessible for the surrounding areas such as Waltham Abbey, Ware, Sawbridgeworth, Bishops Stortford, Stansted, Ongar, Theydon Bois and Epping.
